Offshore Oil & Gas Energy (OOGE) Armed Forces Transition Package – Overview:
Clyde Training Solutions have teamed up with ITB Competence Assurance Limited (ITB) to develop training packages specifically aimed at armed forces personnel wishing to transition to the Energy Sector.
This unique package has been especially designed for existing Armed Forces personnel, or those within transition period, who wish to work within the Offshore Oil & Gas Sector.
The package contains the 3 mandatory Basic Safety Training (BST) elements listed below, required to work on offshore installations within UK waters, as well as the 1-day Transition Accelerator Programme (TAP™), which will equip you with the enhanced knowledge to make the transition to the Oil & Gas sector, and which sets this training apart from any other provider.

Transition Accelerator Programme (TAP™)
The Transition Accelerator Programme (TAP™) will significantly assist and positively impact your transition into the Energy sector. It is unrivalled within industry, written by a Veteran who himself has worked in the industry for almost 20 years and who knows it well.

The BOSIET (Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training) course with CA-EBS (Compressed Air Emergency Breathing System) provides delegates with a range of knowledge and skills relevant to travelling offshore by helicopter and working offshore. The course covers 4 main areas:
