Course Overview:

The course follows the cycle of operations from leaving drydock to in service loading discharging Cargo Conditioning and return to Drydock and includes the wider range of subjects guided by the SIGTTO syllabus.

The course meets the requirements of STCW A-II/1, A-II/2, A-II/3, A-V/1-1-1, A-V/1-2-1 and IMO model course 1.36.

Course Content:

The simulator course provides:

• Familiarisation with the equipment
• Familiarisation with the cargo system
• Cargo handling procedure training with the entire Cargo Handling Equipment
• Training of normal and emergency procedures within the entire cargo handling equipment range
• Training completely independent of actual tanker and environmental conditions

Entry Requirements:

No Pre-requisites (preferable to have advanced Gas COP or Gas tanker experience)

Certification(s):

Upon successful completion, delegates will be issued with a CTS issued LNG Tanker Operations – Membrane (LICOS) certificate.
