GWO Basic Safety Training Package Course Overview
GWO Basic Safety Training (BST) Package has been developed to encompass four of the main elements required for working within the renewables sector. This is an entry level package for those about to begin work in this sector, or who require to re-sit these elements having let them lapse for more than a two year period.
We also provide GWO Refresher Safety Training Package (4 Elements).
This GWO approved course (Global Wind Organisation – the Renewables Industry standard), contains the following elements:
Please Note: We do not currently offer the working at Height element.
GWO Basic Sea Survival Training
The aim of the GWO Basic Sea Survival Training element is, by theoretical and practical training to give the participants the basic knowledge and skills to act safely and take the correct preventive actions in all aspects of offshore operations from shore to installation vessel or WTG (Wind Turbine Generator) and vice versa, both during normal operation and in an emergency in an offshore wind energy environment.
